Viral Infection Spreading and Mutation in Cell Culture

چکیده
A new model of viral infection spreading in cell cultures is proposed taking into account virus mutation. This represents a reaction-diffusion system equations with time delay for the concentrations uninfected cells, infected cells and load. Infection progression characterized by replication number Rv, which determines total Analytical formulas speed propagation load are obtained confirmed numerical simulations. It shown that mutation leads to emergence variant. Conditions coexistence two variants or competitive exclusion one them found, different stages identified.

Autonomous smartphone apps: self-compilation, mutation, and viral spreading
We present the first smart phone tool that is capable of self-compilation, mutation and viral spreading. Our autonomous app does not require a host computer to alter its functionality, change its appearance and lacks the normal necessity of a central app store to spread among hosts. We pioneered survival skills for mobile software in order to overcome disrupted Internet access due to natural di...
متن کاملHepatitis: A Rapidly Spreading Viral Infection in Pakistan
Hepatitis has become a global public health issue. Currently, six different types of hepatitis A, B, C, D and G have been identified by medical research. According to WHO, it had been estimated in 2009 that about 180 million people were infected with hepatitis C virus in the world. At present, three to four million people are infecting every year (1) In developing countries, viral infection of ...
متن کاملSpreading Dynamics of a Viral Infection in a Complex Network
We report a computational study of the spreading dynamics of a viral infection in a complex (scale-free) network. The final epidemic size distribution (FESD) was found to be unimodal or bimodal depending on the value of the basic reproductive number 0 R . The FESDs occurred on time-scales long enough for intermediate-time epidemic size distributions (IESDs) to be important for control measures....
متن کاملAssessment of HTLV-I proviral load, HIV viral load and CD4 T cell count in infected subjects; with an emphasis on viral replication in co-infection
Objective(s): HTLV-I and HIV virus quantification is an important marker for assessment of virus activities. Since there is a direct relationship between the number of virus and disease progression, HTLV- I and HIV co-infection might have an influence on the development of viral associated diseases, thus, viral replication of these viruses and co-infection were evaluated. Materials and...
